Description. Holotype, male ( Fig. 12 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ). Body elongate, subparallel, slightly expanded posteriorly.

Antennae yellow, except for black spots in tips of outer edges of antennomeres ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), labrum, labium, mandibles, palpi and mouthparts, legs, except posterior femora, anterior trochanters entirely and intermediate in part, apical lamellae of metathoracic appendage yellow, other body parts black; upper surface of head green, pronotum with blue-green metallic tint, elytra with blue metallic tint. Surface evenly covered with double white pubescence short dense, adpressed and long semi-erect hairs. Vesicles yellow, and thoracic mesepimera black.

Head not narrower than pronotum, transversally and narrowly impressed in frons, eyes slightly protruding, small, frons flat; genae short and straight; clypeus narrow, transverse, straight; labrum narrow, transverse; palpi simple with apical segment slightly stout, weakly securiform; surface of head shining, sparsely punctured, with smoothed microsculpture, densely covered with light fine long and curved pubescence.

Antennae weakly flabellate from 6th to 10th antennomeres ( Fig. 13 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), 2.5 mm long, reaching the upper 1/5th of elytra; 1st segment enlarged, clavate, 2nd segment small, round, almost completely invisible, hidden by the 1st segment, 3rd–5th segments wide, triangular, 6th–10th segments with stretched outer edges, apical segment elongate, thin, subcylindrical; surface evenly covered with short, light pubescence and sparse, erect long light hairs on outer sides of antennomeres.

Pronotum noticeably narrowed apically, slightly transversally impressed near base; anterior margin slightly convex; posterior margin straight; lateral sides evenly rounded; surface sparsely and finely punctured, with indistinct microsculpture, dull, evenly covered with fine curved adpressed and semi-erect white hairs.

Scutellum small and narrow, rectangular, transverse, almost completely covered by pronotum, sparsely punctured and covered with white semi-erect pubescence.

Elytra oblong, oval, evenly slightly widened just behind the base and narrowed in the upper 1/5th, at base slightly wider than pronotum; humeri small, slightly protruding; apices evenly rounded, simple; disc distinctly marginate on external sides and along suture, lateral edge in middle near epipleura slightly elevated with the appearance of a thin longitudinal carina; surface dull, densely punctured, with distinct microsculpture, evenly covered with white pubescence, short, adpressed and elongate semi-erect.

Hind wings normally developed.

Legs not long; posterior femora almost reaching elytral apices; anterior tibiae slightly swollen and emarginate inwards in apical half ( Fig. 14 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), intermediate tibiae slightly swollen, emarginate in inner side from level 1/5 near apex ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), posterior tibiae thin, straight, simple, femora wide, slightly swollen, anterior with tooth in middle, anterior trochanter with tooth; all tarsi 5-segmented, slightly widened and elongate, 2nd segment in anterior tarsi with a comb above; claw-segment longest, somewhat longer than 1st and 2nd in anterior legs, equal to 1st and 2nd in posterior, and 1.3 times shorter than 1st and 2nd in intermediate; claws thin, narrow and sharp, with round membrane at base.

Ventral body surface densely punctured, semi-shining, evenly and sparsely covered with fine, depressed dark pubescence; metathorax swollen, with not long appendage in the middle with flattened elongate semi-transparent bilaciniate lamella in apex reaching intermediate coxae ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ). Pygidium elongate, evenly narrowed and rounded distally, with specific concave-caliciform apex ( Fig. 17 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), ultimate abdominal ventrite bilaciniate, narrow, elongate, with specifically nose-shape processes curved inwards at the apices ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), aedeagus simple, not curved, narrow, endophallus with row of denticles in apical half ( Fig. 19 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ), tegmen long, thin parameres with pointed apices, equal in length to the base of tegmen ( Fig. 20 View FIGURES 12 – 21 ).

Length 3.1 mm, width (at elytral base) 0.9 mm.
