Crepidophorus mutilatus (Rosenhauer, 1847)
Chorotype: Central European
Kaun.t.: “Vytauto parkas” park, 07 07 2009 (1, on the trunk of old, hollow oak tree, Al.M.), [Al.M.].
Only one older than 90 years record of this species is known in Lithuania from A. Palionis’ cards ( Pileckis 1960, 1976, Pileckis & Monsevičius 1995, Ferenca 2006). The single specimen of this species with the label ‘ Kauno G. t. s., 03 05 1927 ” is deposited in the zoological museum of Vilnius University. The new finding of C. mutilatus shows that the species is still populating in the Kaunas’ parks.
