One paratype is deposited in NMPC (ex coll. D. Král):

PARATYPE (unsexed specimen): ‘Yuzh. Primorie / Kedr. Pad‘ [p] 16.VII. [hw] / L. Zimina [p] 1962 [hw, in Cyrillic script] // Paratypus [p] Bolbocerodema / zonatum / Nikolajev [hw, red label]’.

Current status. Bolbocerosoma zonatum ( Nikolajev, 1973) , see LI et al. (2008).

Type condition. The specimen is badly damaged with the head and pronotum missing.
