R e m a r k: The species differs from the 33 of Coelichneumon albonotatus CAMERON by its more extended ivory coloration which resembles the description of Coelichneumon cyaniventrops HEINRICH , but in contrast to the described ♀♀ of C. cyaniventrops , coloration of head and mesosoma of this taxon is as strongly metallic-bluish as the metasoma.
