The Ratcheuma View in CoL complex

This complex includes only the monotypic genus Ratcheuma Golovatch, 1985 with 31 body segments in adults (including telson). This is the only genus amongst the Caucasian Anthroelucosomatidae which is characterized by the complete absence of telopodites on the posterior gonopods, a feature shared with some Balkan forms. The genus was placed within the Caucaseuma complex by Ćurčić et al. (2008) together with Caucaseuma and Adshardicus , but the absence of telopodites on the posterior gonopods clearly separates this genus from all other Caucasian anthroleucosomatid complexes.
