Etymology: The species is named after mister Zhiwu Chen, who helped in the collection of the type specimens.

Diagnosis: Males of Orchestina zhiwui sp. nov. resemble to those of O. ampulla Henrard & Jocqué, 2012 , O. aureola Tong & Li, 2011 , O. clavulata Tong & Li, 2011 , O. saaristoi Henrard & Jocqué, 2012 , O. sinensis Xu, 1987 and O. thoracia Xu, 1987 in having an egg-shaped bulb with a conspicuous sperm duct and short embolus (see Henrard & Jocqué 2012, figs 43−45, 580−582; Tong & Li 2011, figs 6A−C, 7A−C; Xu 1987, figs 5, 6, 11, 12). However, it can be clearly distinguished by the endites with triangular, fin-shaped projection in anterior half ( Fig. 14I View FIGURE 14 ) (elongated without a sub-distal projection in O. ampulla , O. aureola , O. clavulata , O. saaristoi , O. sinensis and O. thoracia ) and the short, cone-shape embolus with strongly enlarged base ( Fig. 15E View FIGURE ) (embolus with the relative slender base in O. ampulla , O. aureola , O. clavulata , O. saaristoi , O. sinensis and O. thoracia ) ( Henrard & Jocqué 2012; Tong & Li 2011; Xu 1987).

Description: Male holotype. Habitus as in Fig. 12 View FIGURE 12 A−C. Total length 1.07. Carapace ( Figs 12A, B View FIGURE 12 , D−F, 14A), yellow, length 0.54, width 0.42, broadly oval in dorsal view (CW/CL ≈ 0.78), anteriorly narrowed less than 0.5 its maximum width, pars cephalica strongly elevated in lateral view, with net-shaped pattern formed by tiny dark spots and narrow bands on surface. Eyes ( Figs 12A, B View FIGURE 12 , D−G, 14A): PME almost circular, touching; diameters: ALE 0.05, PME 0.06, PLE 0.06, PME 1.2 times ALE; ALE−PME touching, ALE−PLE touching, PLE−PME separated from less than PME radius. Clypeus ( Figs 12A, B View FIGURE 12 , D−F, 14A) wide, protruding anteriorly, with three setae on each rounded corner in front of ALE−PME junction. Sternum ( Figs 12C, H, I View FIGURE 12 , 14D View FIGURE 14 ) pale yellow with five obvious dark strips radiate from anterior center, shield shaped, slightly longer than wide, with scattered setae on the surface, with deep depression at base of labium and deep lateral pouch anteriorly. Mouthparts ( Figs 12C, E, H, I View FIGURE 12 , 13A View FIGURE 13 , 14 View FIGURE 14 B−I): chelicerae yellow, straight, slightly divergent, dorsally with few scattered, long setae, without strong and converging setae on the distal part, base of fang with two groups of two long and fine setae; labium diamond-shaped, yellow brown with slightly sclerotized margins, with nine strong setae on anterior margin, seven setae including three setae in median on the surface and two groups of two setae in anterior lateral part; endites ( Figs 12C, H, I View FIGURE 12 , 13A View FIGURE 13 , 14 View FIGURE 14 C−F, H, I) converging distally, anterior median tip divided in two parts: the lateral part with strongly sclerotized prong bearing triangular, fin-shaped projection and conspicuous serrula in distal and the median part membranous, with abundant, short, flattened setae in inner margin. Abdomen ( Fig. 12 View FIGURE 12 A−C) almost globular in ventral view, length 0.57, width 0.51, soft portions of dorsum pale white, with gray netlike pattern and three dorsal herringbone band in dorsal view; pedicel tube short, unmodified. Book lung small, round. Spinnerets small, yellow. Legs ( Fig. 12A, B View FIGURE 12 ) yellow, without color pattern; femur IV thickened, wider than femora I−III. Genitalia ( Figs 12 View FIGURE 12 A−C, H, I, 13A−C, 15A−G): Palp yellow, femur distally with slight enlargement, connected to small triangular patella; tibia reniform, strongly enlarged (TW/TL ≈ 0.56), about three times as wide as femur, attached sub-basally to patella; cymbium oval, tapering apically, dorsally with numerous setae; bulb pale yellow, egg-shaped, length almost as long as tibia width, with ventral side strongly protruding distally; sperm duct S-shaped posteriorly, slender; embolus short, coneshape, with large base, distally blunt, with circular opening at tip.
