Rostral, lamellar, interlamellar and exobothridial setae well developed, setiform, ro inserted dorsally on prodorsum, le distanced from ro and in approximately equally or located slightly nearer to ro. Bothridial setae of medium size or short, clavate, fusiform or lanceolate. Interbothridial and postbothridial tubercles absent, interbothridial region with muscle sigillae. One lateral ridge between bothridia and acetabula IV on lateral sides of body. Anterior notogastral margin convex medially, distinctly distanced from the transverse level of bothridia. Humeral tubercles and cristae absent. Notogaster with 11, 12 or 13 pairs of setae, dorsal setae of medium size or long, setiform, slightly thickened to stiff, c short, thin or rarely represented by alveoli, h 1 absent or present, p 1 often dilated medio-distally, p 2 and p 3 shorter than dorsal setae. Subcapitular rutelli with minute medial tooth and two lateral teeth (t). Adoral setae present, setiform. Antiaxial sides of chelicerae with three (r 1, r 2, r 3) diagonal ridges. Palpal setal formula: 0–2–1–3–8(+ω); palp solenidia short, swollen and attached to ul distally, inserted in anterior parts of palptarsi and pressed to them medio-basally. Epimeral setal formula: 3–1–3–3. Anterior parts of sejugal borders with indistinct, longitudinal striae. Discidia triangular, rounded or pointed distally. Five pairs of genital, one pair of aggenital, two pairs of anal and three pairs of adanal setae. Antero-medial parts of genital plates excavated. Posterior genital papillae (Vp) very large. Adanal setae ad 1 in postanal position, sometimes dilated medio-distally, ad 2 and ad 3 in paraanal position, setiform, distance ad 3– ad 3 larger than ad 2– ad 2. Adanal lyrifissures short, paraanal, located close to anal plates. Legs very long, tarsi I with 20 setae (l'' and v' present), tarsi II with 16 setae (l'' present), famuli of tarsi I inserted between solenidion ω2 and setae ft''. Setae a'' and pv'' on tarsi IV modified, bushy-shaped.

Juvenile instars. Almost unknown2.
