Distribution in Iran. Ardabil ( Modarres Awal 1996a), East Azarbaijan (Hassanzadeh et al. 2009; Gharaat et al. 2009), Khorasan ( Modarres Awal 1996b; Linnavuori 2007), Khuzestan (Linnavuori 2011), Mazandaran ( Wagner 1968).

General distribution. Ponto-Mediterranean, and Turanian.

Comments. On Medicago sativa ( Modarres Awal 1996a) .
