Distribution in Iran. Bushehr, Fars ( Josifov 1965a).
General distribution. Armenia, Southwest Iran, Turkey ( Anatolia), Sorthern Iraq.
Comment. An endemic subspecies (kiritshenkoi mesopotamicus Péricart, 1998) is known from central Iraq ( Péricart 1998a; Aukema & Rieger 2001).
