Distribution in Iran. Ardabil ( Modarres Awal 1996a), East Azarbaijan (Khaghaninia et al. 2010; Ghahari et al. 2011), Golestan ( Abd-Rabou & Ghahari 2006), Khorasan ( Modarres Awal 1996b; Havaskary et al. 2010), Mazandaran ( Ghahari et al. 2011).
General distribution. Ponto Mediterranean - Turanian.
Comments. According to Kerzhner (1979) the data from Near and Middle East ( Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Syria, Iran) are erroneous and are really G. fedtschenkoi Reuter.
