Proleptacis strangulicornis Maneval, 1936a: 50 View in CoL , figs 4–5.
Current status. Proleptacis strangulicornis
Holotype 3; paratypes 12 3, France, Haute–Loire, Tence ( MNHN). Holotype by original designation. Labels. Tence H. L./ 31–7–33 / H. Maneval; Proleptacis 3/ strangulicornis / Maneval; holotype [holotype 3].
Remarks. The holotype is card-mounted on its venter and is entire. Although Maneval mentions 11 ‘paraholotypes’ there are actually 12 paratypes, this confusion may have arisen because the 12 specimens are mounted on 11 pins, there being two specimens on one of the pins.
