Redescription: Idiosoma with cuticular idiosomal spines and long idiosomal setae, and a distinct pygidial plate. Femur III with seven setae, tibia I with six setae, tibia II with five setae, and tibia III and IV with five to six setae. Dorsal setae on trochanter III and IV typically serrate.
Chelicera rounded apically; movable digit with one tooth, fixed digit longer than movable digit; cavicula fixi and sensillum ventrale present; condilus short, ratio of middle part to fixed digit: 2.8 2. Corniculi hornlike, and laciniae of hypostome triangular and finely haired laterally. Protosternum narrow and generally smooth; deutosternum fused at level of hypostomal setae h3–h4, and superficially denticulate. Setae h1 long and bifurcate, short branch denticulate; h2–h4 denticulate. Epistome apically bifurcate, with lateral and superficial denticulation. Tritosternum column, bowl or vaseshaped, surface smooth, its laciniae generally 4branched, lateral branches shorter than middle ones, and variously denticulate.
