Colias diva Grum-Grshimailo, 1891: 449 View in CoL (TL: 5–12 km S.-SW. of Guide, E. Qinghai: Grieshuber et al. 2012); Grieshuber & Churkin, 2003: 245, lectotype designation.
Material examined. CHINA: Qinghai: 32 ♂♂ & 11 ♀♀ ( CSK, CHH) from Datong (Qiaotou), Xining (Nanshan), Ping’an (Sitan) and Hualong (Chapu) . Gansu: 3 ♂♂ & 2 ♀♀ ( CHH) from Shandan (Junmachang) .
Flight period. End of June to mid July in Qinghai .
Altitude. 2500–2800m in Qinghai .
Distributional notes. This species seems to be restricted to the east of Qinghai lake, with a range similar to that of C. montium in NE. Qinghai.
