Meharia breithaupti Yakovlev , sp. nov. ( Figs 3 , 18−19, 43−49 )

Type locality: UAE, Ras Al Khaimah, Esfai garbage dump, 25° 06' 19" N / 56°07' 52 E. Type material (holotype) in Zoological Institute (Sankt-Peterburg, Russia). Distribution: UAE (Ras Al Khaimah).
