Diagnosis. Microscleres include toxiform raphides, unreported in other species of Lissodendoryx (Lissodendoryx) including the other new species described in this report.
Etymology. The species name refers to the presence of toxa-shaped raphides.
Material Examined. Holotype: RBCM holotype 019-00105-001, Stn. NM 281 , Knight Inlet Sill, BC, 50° 41.163’ N / 125° 59.782’ W, coll. N. McDaniel, 27 Mar 2012, 18 m depth, 1 specimen. GoogleMaps
