( Figs 172-176; Hab. E 26)

DIAGNOSIS. Female (overall length about 0.6mm): scape mostly dark brown; pedicel and funicle pale yellow; clava mostly dusky yellow with paler venter; coxae white; legs otherwise white to pale yellow; gaster dorsally dark brown with Gt1 anteriorly pale orange; frontovertex about half head width; antenna ( Fig. 172) with scape about 3.5X as long as broad, funicle with F1 narrower than pedicel, F1-F5 subequal, small, transverse, F6 largest and longer than broad; linear sensilla only on F6; clava very nearly as long as pedicel and funicle combined and about 4X as long as broad; palp formula 2-2; scutellum with 3 pairs of setae and slightly longitudinally elongate polygonally reticulate sculpture, hardly deeper than imbricate sculpture of mesoscutum; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly longer than basitarsus; fore wing ( Fig. 174) with stigmal vein ( Fig. 175) a little longer than postmarginal vein and slightly shorter than marginal vein; hypopygium reaching about 0.7X towards apex of gaster; ovipositor slightly more than 5X as long as gonostylus and hidden. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length 0.55mm ( CPD) .

Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak coppery sheen; frontovertex generally coppery, mixed metallic dark green near anterior ocellus; scrobal area, temple and gena with a weak coppery to coppery purple sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; palpi white; radicle dark brown; scape dark brown with apical one-third pale yellow; pedicel and funicle pale yellow; clava with basal segment and much of venter pale yellow, remainder slightly dusky pale yellow; thorax dark brown to black with a slight to moderate metallic lustre; pronotum, mesoscutum, axilla and scutellum with a slight coppery purple sheen; tegula dark brown with a weak coppery purple sheen; mesopleuron with a moderate coppery purple sheen; coxae white, legs otherwise white to pale yellow, tarsi very pale orange; wings virtually hyaline, but fore wing ( Fig. 174) with a small, weakly infuscate area adjacent to marginal and stigmal veins; propodeum dark brown with a weak coppery purple sheen; gaster dark brown with anterior part of TI pale orange medially.

Head ( Fig. 173) about 1.9X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.7X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 95° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 100°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterioir ocellus, with distinct, partly slightly transversely elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally slightly larger than eye facet, not shallower above top of scrobes, but of slightly smaller mesh; temple and gena with slightly shallower, hardly elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobal area with fairly uniform, distinct, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, margins rounded, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally narrowly rounded; antenna as in Fig. 172; scape slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.5 X as long as broad; funicle with F1- F5, subequal, relatively small, strongly transverse F6 largest and clearly longer than broad, linear sensilla present only on F6; clava about 3.9X as long as broad, about 1.2X as wide as F6, not curved downwards, very nearly as long as pedicel and funicle combined, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with moderately dense, fairly conspicuous setae, each slightly shorter than diameter of facet; malar sulcus absent; clypeal margin conspicuously concave, straight medially; mandible with two acute teeth and an obtuse upper tooth; palp formula 2-2. Relative measurements: HW 60, HH 45, FV 32, POL 16, OOL 4, OCL 3, AOL 9, EL 30, EW 24, MS 15, SL 23, SW 6.5.

Thorax with pronotum narrowly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum with similar sculpture to that in ocellar area, but very slightly shallower and of slightly smaller mesh; sculpture on mesoscutum similar to that in ocellar area but mostly composed of more rounded cells; axilla with similar sculpture to mesoscutum, but of slightly transversely elongate cells; scutellum dorsally with very fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is a slightly deeper than sculpture on mesoscutum and medially of smaller, slightly longitudinally elongate cells becoming a little larger and more elongate laterally, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 2.2X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.2X as broad as long; hind femur about 3.7X as long as broad; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly longer than basitarsus; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 174, 175; propodeum medially much less than 0.1X as long as scutellum. Relative measurements: FWL 109.5, FWW 50; HWL 71, HWW 15.5.

Gaster with hypopygium ( Fig. 176) reaching about 0.7X to apex; last tergite about 0.65X as long as mid tibia, with apex broadly rounded; ovipositor hidden. Relative measurements: OL 55, GL 10.5 [MT 71].
