Male: unknown.
Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.14mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.09mm ( CPD) .
Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak coppery sheen; frontovertex generally metallic dark green mixed coppery, area between posterior ocelli and occipital margin coppery; area above scrobes coppery; scrobal area, temple and gena with a weak coppery to coppery purple sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle dark brown; scape mostly dark brown, apical 0.25X pale yellow; pedicel brown; funicle yellow, clava pale brown with proximal segment more or less yellow-brown; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a weak coppery sheen; mesoscutum slightly brighter metallic dark blue-green mixed coppery especially near margins; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak sheen; axilla with a weak coppery purple sheen; scutellum dorsally virtually matt, but with a very weak coppery purple sheen, extreme side and apex weakly shining and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate purple sheen; fore coxa white; fore femur white in proximal 0.5X, distally orange-brown to pale brown, tibia basically pale orange with a broad, diffuse, subbasal pale brown ring in proximal 0.6X, tarsus pale orange, apical tarsomere pale orange-brown; mid coxa very pale yellow; mid femur white in proximal 0.5X, a broad, dark brown, subapical band in distal 0.5X, extreme apex white, tibia white to pale orange with a narrow, subbasal dark, brown band, spur and tarsus very pale orange; hind coxa very pale yellow, slightly dusky proximally; hind femur white in proximal 0.5X, a broad, dark brown, subapical band in distal 0.5X, extreme apex white, tibia with extreme base white, dark brown to about 0.8X, apex pale orange, tarsus slightly dusky pale orange, apical tarsomere pale brown; wings mainly hyaline, but fore wing weakly infuscate immediately below marginal vein ( Fig. 255); propodeum dark brown with a weak purple sheen; gaster dorsally purple-brown with coppery purple and green reflections, Gt1-Gt2 medially dusky, pale yellow, side and venter mostly dark brown, but basal sternites dusky, pale yellow; gonostylus dark brown.
Head ( Fig. 257) about 2.4X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.4X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin more or less sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 90°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterior ocellus with distinct polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally a little smaller than eye facet, not shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with slightly shallower, longitudinally elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with distinct, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture, scrobes smooth; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with slightly shallower, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded; antenna as in Fig. 257; scape very slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.4X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F4, subequal, relatively small, subquadrate, F5-F6 largest and clearly longer than broad, linear sensilla present only on F4-F6; clava about 3.4X as long as broad, about 1.6X as wide as F6, not curved downwards, very nearly as long as funicle, sutures parallel, sensory area relatively small, at apex only giving it a weak, obliquely truncate appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with dense, conspicuous setae, each slightly longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus present, but shallow and indistinct; clypeal margin concave, but more or less straight medially; mandible with two acute teeth and obtuse upper tooth; palp formula 3-2.
