Material examined. None.

Distribution. Western Atlantic—Caribbean Sea, Trinidad and Tobago, Brazil (São Paulo) ( Lemaitre & Tavares 2015).

Remarks. Lemaitre & Tavares (2015) reported two females from off northern coast of São Paulo (MZUSP 16814, TAAF MD55, st. 63 CB 104, 23°42'S, 042°07'W, 430 m, 1.vi.1987, 1 ♀ 4.6 mm sl, 1 ♀ ov 4.5 mm sl) which expanded considerably the southern distribution of this species.
