Onichodon canadensis (Brown, 1940)
In Canada, this widespread, apparently rare eucnemid was previously recorded in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Québec ( Muona 2000; Majka 2007). In the United States, O. canadensis were found in Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin ( Muona 2000). New state records include Connecticut and Vermont. Specimens were taken from Lindgren funnel traps. CONNECTICUT: Litchfield County: 6.1 km NE Torrington, 24 June–8 July 2013, K.
