This rarely encountered eucnemid species was known from Indiana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and West Virginia ( Muona 2000). New records reported here include Illinois, Missouri and Ohio. One of the specimen was taken from a Lindgren funnel trap. ILLINOIS: St. Claire County: 2.5 km S. Washington Park , 4–17 June 2015, S.
