This rarely collected eucnemid has been recorded from Florida, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi ( Muona 2000), and now for the first time in Alabama and Georgia. Specimens were taken from a blacklight trap and a Lindgren funnel trap. ALABAMA: Dale County: Level Plains , 16–19 April 2011, 25–26 April 2011, R.
