This widespread, common eucnemid species was previously recorded from Alabama, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia ( Muona 2000) and now for the first time in Delaware, Kansas and West Virginia. Specimens were taken from canopy traps and x-vane traps. DELAWARE: Kent County: Tabor St. For., 5 May 2009, G.
