Perothops mucidus (Gyllenhal, 1817)
This rarely collected species has been recorded from Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia ( Muona 1996; Otto 2009) and taken for the first time in Ohio. Several specimens were collected in Lindgren funnel traps baited with a combination of EtOH and α- Pinene lure.
