Description. Vertex reddish yellow, with pair of dark spots near anterior margin surrounded with reddish luster ( Figs 1, 3 View FIGURES 1–10 ). Face milky yellow, sides of frontoclypeus with dark brown lines, anteclypeus brown ( Figs 2, 4 View FIGURES 1–10 ). Pronotum with anterior margin yellow with paired dark brown spots, posterior margin pale brown ( Figs 1, 3 View FIGURES 1–10 ). Scutellum light orange, with basal triangles black ( Figs 1, 3 View FIGURES 1–10 ). Fore wing beige, with reddish and light brown stripes ( Figs 1, 2, 9 View FIGURES 1–10 ).

Male abdominal apodemes extended beyond hind margin of 3rd sternite ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 11–18 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer dorsal appendage simple, expanded at base, narrowed at apex ( Figs 12, 13 View FIGURES 11–18 ). Subgenital plate with 2 macrosetae on lateral surface, and row of peg-like setae from subbase to apex, several microsetae scat- tered on apical portion ( Figs 12, 14 View FIGURES 11–18 ). Style long, with 3 points apically, preapical point tiny and well separated from apical two, inner apical point distinctly longer than outer one; preapical lobe obtuse ( Fig. 15 View FIGURES 11–18 ). Aedeagal shaft slim, with pair of small lateral tooth-like protrusions apically, and single small ventral tooth-like process slightly basad of shaft midlength; preatrium shorter than shaft and dorsal apodeme expanded ( Figs 16, 17 View FIGURES 11–18 ). Connective V-shaped, with two long arms, stem well developed ( Fig. 18 View FIGURES 11–18 ).

Female genitalia. Sternite VII with posterior margin convex in ventral view ( Figs 19, 20 View FIGURES 19–26 ). Valvula I elongate, slightly broadened near apex, dorsal sculpture strigate ( Figs 21, 22 View FIGURES 19–26 ). Valvulae II asymmetrical, with two blades, one of which has tooth-like protrusions ( Figs 23, 24 View FIGURES 19–26 ). Valvula III blade-like, with microtricha on margin and apex ( Figs 25, 26 View FIGURES 19–26 ).

Measurement. Male length 3.2–3.3 mm, female length 3.3–3.4 (including wing).

Specimen examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guizhou Prov., Huajiang , 21 X 2019, coll. Zhouwei Yuan and Xiao Yang. Paratypes: 22♂♂, 27♀♀, same data as holotype .

Remarks. This species is similar to Arboridia agrillacea ( Anufriev, 1969) , but differs in having the aedeagus with a small ventral protrusion near the shaft midlength, and the preatrium less than 1/3 of the aedeagal shaft length ( Figs 16, 17 View FIGURES 11–18 ).

Etymology. The new species is named after its type locality: “Huajiang”, Guizhou Province, China.
