Type host: Corvus rhipidurus Hartert.
Type locality: Aden, Yemen .
Type material: Holotype male and allotype female deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010670901 View Materials ] from the Meinertzhagen collection [17849] and 35 paratypes (16 males and 19 females) also in the NHML [slides NHML010670902–4 View Materials , NHML010709122–27 View Materials ]. Two paratypes (one male and one female) deposited in OSUS ( Gustafsson & Bush 2017: 420).
