This group could be charactirised in the combination of the following characters ( Grootaert et al. 2007): body very pale, almost white; eyes touching on the face, wing with vein R 1 very short and ending well before middle of wing, R 2+3 meeting costa before or near middle of wing, consequently, Rs shorter than in other Chersodromia species.
