BIONOMICS. Apparently, there are no published data on the bionomics of B. margaretellus . The record of a female on Astragalus sp. allows speculating that it is also a nectar-

robbing species, similarly to B. cinnabarinus (since all species of this plant genus have a long calyx tube and thus nectar is located much deeper than the length of the proboscis of the most eumenine wasps).
