Chaerephon bemmeleni (Jentink, 1879) View in CoL

The type specimen of this species was originally collected from an unspecified location in Liberia ( Fahr, 2013 e). The occurrence of this species at Mt Nimba is mentioned only by Fahr (2013 e), who stated that it had been recorded in montane grassland at 1,600 m (specimen in the Senckenberg Museum, Frankfurt). It was not recorded during this survey.
