PEUS (1972) nennt die Rötelmaus als spezifischen Wirt. In Deutschland scheint die Art nur im Nordwesten und Westen verbreitet zu sein ( PEUS 1972). Im Material liegt sie in drei Einzelnachweisen aus Luxemburg in der Höhlenübergangsregion aus Tiefen von 5–20 Metern vor.
