Banded Irish Lord. To about 43 cm (16.9 in) TL (Mecklenburg et al. 2002). Sea of Japan off North Korea ( Lindberg and Krasyukova 1987) and Pacific Ocean off northern Honshu ( Shinohara et al. 1996) to Sea of Okhotsk, to western Bering Sea off Commander Islands ( Peden 1978) to Cape Olyutorskiy (59°44’N, 170°20’E) (Personal communication: Russian Academy of Science Ichthyological Collecton at Saint Petersberg).
