Eastern Pacific Black Ghostshark or Black Ghost Chimaera. To 128 cm (50.4 in) TL (James et al. 2009). Monterey Bay, central California to Gulf of California ( Ebert 2016), to Valdivia, Chile ( Aguirre-Villaseñor et al. 2013). Depth: 31–1,903 m (102–6,242 ft) (min.: James et al. 2009; max.: Mejía-Mercado et al. 2014).
