Olethreutes oculata Kim, Byun et Bae, 2022 , Zootaxa: 5219 (5): 487. TL: Korea
Diagnosis. This species is very similar in appearance to other four species O. arcuella (Cleck) , O. captiosana (Falkovitsh) , O. subtilana (Falkovitsh) and O. palbongensis sp. nov. Kim & Bae, however, it can be distinguished by its male genitalia. The uncus is bifurcate at the apex and features spines on top, while the phallus has a pair of mitten-shaped processes.

Remarks. This species first recorded from Korea by Kim et al. (2022).
