Fore tibia reddishyellow; basal apex with a short band of black, wider ventrally, distal apex black; black tomentose; 1 anterior apical bristle; 1 basal anterodorsal bristle, 2 apical bristles; posterolateral surface with 3 long yellow apical bristles and a fringe of long yellow and black hair; a ventral fringe of thick yellow tomentum extends half way apically. Mid tibia with 3 anterodorsal bristles, an apical circlet of bristles; posterolateral surface with 2 bristles; ventral surface with long yellow hair. Hind tibia with 3 long anterior bristles, a circlet of apical bristles, anterodorsal surface with 3 weak bristles, a fringe of thick yellow tomentum extends half way apically to first elongated tarsal segment; ventral surface with 2 apical bristles, a short fringe of thick yellow tomentum on apical surface. Tarsomeres with apical bristles, black dorsally, yellow ventrally. Wings: Tinged brown at apex and margins. Abdomen: Dull black. Tergites 6–8 shiny blue black. Tergites 1 5 short black tomentose; tergite 1 with short yellow medial hair, long yellow lateral hair and bristles on tergites 3–5; lateral hair absent on subsequent tergites; tergites 5–7 with short black tomentum. Sternites 1–5 with long yellow hair, shorter apically. Dorsal epandrial lobe projection excised, sharp at apex forming shallow oval cavity with lower ventral projection ( Figs. 10 View FIGURES 1 – 12 , 53, 54 View FIGURES 49 – 57 ). Gonostylus apex rounded ( Fig. 23 View FIGURES 13 – 25 ). Ovipositor elongated, compressed, similar to N. angusticornis ( Fig. 65 View FIGURES 58 – 66 ).
