Distribution. Panama: Chiriquí ( Nieves-Aldrey & Medianero 2011).
Biology. Reared from undescribed integral and plurilocular galls (provisionally attributed to Callirhytis ) on leaves and buds of Q. salicifolia ( Nieves-Aldrey & Medianero 2011) .
