Diagnosis. See Lobato-Vila et al. (2020a: 137) and the diagnosis of S. obtusilobae (this work).
Distribution. Colombia: Cundinamarca and Boyacá ( Lobato-Vila et al. 2020a).
Biology. Reared from galls of Zapatella inflata Pujade-Villar & Rodríguez, 2015 and Z. nievesaldreyi Melika & Pujade-Villar, 2012 on Q. humboldtii ( Lobato-Vila et al. 2020a: 136) .
