Diagnosis. See Lobato-Vila et al. (2019: 216).
Distribution. USA: Colorado ( Gillette 1896; Lobato-Vila et al. 2019) and New Mexico (Lobato-Vila et al. 2019).
Biology. Reared from tuberous galls on twigs of Callirhytis frequens (Gillette, 1892) ( Gillette 1896) .
Remarks. The type material of Synergus incisus was examined and the species was redescribed and illustrated by Lobato-Vila et al. (2019: 216).
The host plant is not mentioned in the original description, but C. frequens is associated with oaks of the Quercus section ( Burks 1979: 1102): Q. gambelii , Q. havardii , and ‘ Q. undulata ’ (which could be either Q. sinuata or Q. gambelii ).
