Material. Holotype – male ( PIN ¹ View Materials 2055/34), Amur Prov., Arharinsk District, bottom of an open-cast mine of the Arhara hill, Arhara station .
Description. Body light. Elytra of bad safety. Striae deep, with small points. Intervals wide, convex, smooth. Metathorax convex, dense and largely punctate. Metacoxal cavities large oval. Abdomen small and densely punctate. Intervals convex. 1st and 2nd ventrites elongated, approximately equal length. 2nd and 4th ventrites narrow, approximately equal length, little wider than 3rd ventrite. 5th ventrite elongated, convex, longer than 3rd and 4th ventrites together taken. Length of metathorax and abdomen: 3.6 mm.
Remarks. The beetle is presented only by metathorax, abdomen and part of left elytra. The abdomen is weakly pressed shows on the male.
Etymology. This new species is named in honour of V.V. Zherichin .
