Material. Holotype –?male ( PIN ¹ View Materials 4306/2), North Mongolia, Selenga ajmag, 45 km SE Darkhan town, Sharyn-Gol coal quarry, Lower Cretaceous , Middle Neocomian , Sharyn-Gol Formation . Paratype –?female ( PIN ¹ View Materials 4306/3), idem .
Description. Body light brown. Rostrum, probably, long, narrower than profemora. Frons convex. Eyes large, round. Temples shorter than eye. Pronotum weakly elongated, 1.87 times longer than head, with lateral carina. Disk largely and densely punctate. Elytra 3.0 times longer than pronotum, with distinct striae. Intervals wide, flat. Points in striae large. Exterior margin of the elytra curved. Epipleura distinct. Procoxa spherical, located near prothorax basis. Precoxal part of the prothorax elongated. Metathorax wide.Abdomen flattened. 1st and 2nd ventrites of almost equal length, narrow. 3rd ventrite narrower than 2nd ventrite. 4th ventrite narrower than 3rd ventrite. 5th ventrite little wider than 1st ventrite. Femora weakly widened. Length of body: 5.5 mm.
Etymology. The name is derived from the location “Sharyn-Gol” – “sharyngolensis ”.
