Genus Selengarhynchoides Legalov , gen.n.

Type species: Selengarhynchoides sharyngolensis Legalov , sp.n.
Description. Body light brown. Rostrum, probably, long, narrow. Frons convex. Eyes large. Temples short. Pronotum weakly elongated, with lateral carina. Disk largely and densely punctate. Elytra with distinct striae. Intervals wide. Points in striae large. Exterior margin of elytra curved. Procoxa near prothorax basis. Precoxal part of the prothorax elongated. Metathorax wide. Abdomen flattened. 1st and 2nd ventrites of almost equal length. 5th ventrite elongated. Femora weakly widened. Length of body: 5.5 mm.
Diagnosis. This new genus differs from Selengarhynchus Gratshev et Legalov, 2009 by the larger body (5.5 mm), thicker rostrum and larger points in elytral striae.
Etymology. The name is formed by addition of the ending “-ides” to “ Selengarhynchus ”.
