Material. Holotype – ex. ( PIN ¹ View Materials 5026/41), Buryatiya (Buryat Republic), Zakamensk District, 10 km SSE Tsakir, Khasurtyi River.
Description. Body flattened dorsoventrally, black. Rostrum long, hardly narrowed to place of antennal attachment, further weakly widened to apex, 12.1 times longer than width, 2.43 times longer than pronotum. Antennae located before the rostrum middle. Head large, wider than length. Eyes large, not convex. Temples shorter than eye. Antennae long, reaching the pronotum middle. Funicle segments elongated. 7th segment of funicle similar to claval segments. Clava not compact, 1.75 times wider than funicle. 1st segment trapezoid. 2nd segment trapezoid, longer than 1st segment. 3rd segment tear-shaped. Pronotum transversal, 2.37 times wider than long. The greatest width on the middle. Elytra wide, 1.36 times longer than width, 4.86 times longer than pronotum. Elytra in humeri wider than pronotum. Femora weakly widened. Length of body: 4.1 mm.
Etymology. This new species is named in honour of V.G. Gratshev.
