Diagnosis. Coloration white with black spots, frons, and thorax ventrally black ( Fig. 36 View FIGURE 36 ); base of fore femur brown. Head elongate with elevated fastigium, undulate margins, wide in both lateral and frontal view ( Fig. 36A, C View FIGURE 36 ). Vertex with a granule or evagination at the margin of each eye. Antennae nodose. Pronotum elevated at rear end, with denticulations on rear margin and lateral edges of metazona ( Fig. 36D View FIGURE 36 ). Tegmina apically broadened at the anal margin, costal margin curved ( Fig. 36B View FIGURE 36 ). Spines on hind femora moderately broadened and flattened. Male cerci robust, with inner and outer branches similar in size and curving inward ( Fig. 36E View FIGURE 36 ). Male subgenital plate shorter than length of cerci ( Fig. 36F View FIGURE 36 ).

Distribution. Southeast of Brazil ( Map 19 View Map 19 ).
