Diagnosis. Recognized by the small sized, total length 2.10–2.13 (male), 2.18–2.28 (female); general coloration yellowish to green; dorsum smooth, weakly shining, and with reclining, dark simple setae and sericeous setae; antennal segment II slender, longer than width of head, and shorter than width of pronotum; labium extending past meta-coxa; lateral margin of hemelytron broadly rounded, membrane fumose; legs dirty yellow, tibial spines black without dark bases; abdomen light greenish yellow. This species is closely allied to T. tadzhikorum and T. kerzhneri based on the general coloration, shape and type of male genitalia, distinguished from them by the blunter, curving and smaller apical spicule of endosoma.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 37–40 View FIGURES 37 – 48 ): Endosoma without membrane, S-shaped, apex converged, forming a blunt and curving apical spicule, secondary gonopore slit-like, situated near apex of endosoma; left paramere boat-shaped; right paramere lanceolate; phallotheca rather weakly curving, attenuated apically.

Host plants. Tamarix chinensis ( Zheng and Li, 1992) .

Distribution. China ( Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Ningxia, Shaanxi).

Specimens examined. CHINA: Tianjin: 1 Male, Tianjin (39°08'N, 117°11'E), 21.V.1964 (Holotype); 15 males, 18 females, same data as above (Paratypes); 12 males, 9 females, Tianjin (39°08'N, 117°11'E), 6.X.1983, Le-Yi ZHENG. Hebei Province: 4 males, 4 females, Beidaihe (39°50'N, 119°27'E), VII.1979, Shu-Zhi REN; 6 males, 10 females, Beidaihe (39°50'N, 119°27'E), 24.VI.1964. Shandong Province: 6 males, 7 females, Yantai (37°31'N, 121°17'E), 7.VII.1973, Qiang MU. Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region: 7 males, 4 females, Yanchi County (37°37'N, 107°02'E), 24.VII.1992, Guo-Qing LIU. Shaanxi Province: 21 males, 16 females, Wugong County (34°18'N, 108°10'E), 25.VII.1994, Nan LÜ.
