Diagnosis. Recognized by the medium sized, total length 3.90 (male), 4.13 (female); general coloration yellowish brown, head yellow, eyes dark brown, antennae brown, pronotum green; dorsum with recumbent, dark simple setae and sericeous setae; labium greenish brown with black apex, exceeding posterior margin of meta-coxa; scutellum yellowish brown with a green apex; lateral and inner margins of clavus black; legs greenish brown, meta-femur green with few small spots at apex, tibiae slightly darkened and tibial spines black, tarsus and claws black; abdomen light greenish with light pubescence. General appearance and developed membranous blade of endosoma similar to T. jaxartensis and T. roseipennis , but differing from them in the small serrations at apex membranous blade of endosoma.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 58–61 View FIGURES 49 – 61 ): Endosoma twisted mediallywith developed membranous blade, and with small serrations at apex, secondary gonopore following the blade; left paramere relatively large, boat-shaped; right paramere large, lanceolate; phallotheca weakly bending with a small keel as in Fig. 61 View FIGURES 49 – 61 .

Distribution. China (Xinjiang).

Host plants. Unknown.

Specimens examined. CHINA: Xinjiang Autonomous Region: 1 Male, Aerjinshan (39°10'N, 90°53'E), 4.VII.1993, Rui-Lin TIAN (Holotype); 1 male, 1 female, same data as above (Paratypes).
