Type material examined. Sඒඇඍඒඉൾ ( Fig.18 View Figs 13–20 ): 1 ♀, pinned, ‘ SAÕ PAULO | BRAS. MRÁZ LGT. | MUS.PRAGENSE [w, p, cb, bf] || Pseudomesomphal. | perfuga cotyp. [hw by Spaeth] | Spaeth determ. [w, p, cb] || SYNTYPUS | Pseudomesomphalia | perfuga | Spaeth, 1926 | L. Sekerka des. 2020 [r, p, cb, bf]’ ( NMPC).
Distribution. Brazil (São Paulo).
Remarks. SඉൺൾඍΗ (1926c) described this species based on three specimens collected by Jaro Mráz in São Paulo. He did not fix the type (in the meaning of holotype) in the original publication, hence all three are syntypes. The two remaining specimens were retained by F. Spaeth for his collection.
