2.3.9 Nigrogranaceae View in CoL View at ENA
Nigrogranaceae View in CoL was introduced by Jaklitsch and Voglmayr (2016) for the genus Nigrograna View in CoL and two novel species Ni. hydei and Ni. obtusispora , based on phylogenetic analyses of a combined ITS-TEF1α sequence dataset. The genus includes two marine species: Ni. samueliana View in CoL on decaying wood of Avicennia marina View in CoL , and Ni. rhizophorae View in CoL , on submerged propagule of Rhizophora sp. They are recorded for the first time from mangrove habitats ( Hyde et al. 2020b)
