Dictyogryllacris Karny, 1937 reinst. stat.

Comments: The original status of valid genus is hereby restorted to Dictyogryllacris , when comparing with other species of Capnogryllacris where previously Gorochov (2003) and Gorochov et al. (2015a) had located it. The characters mentioned by the latter work are enough to keep it as a valid genus and not as a subgenus. Besides, the species of Dictyogryllacris , are slenderer and graceful, having also the mid and fore tibiae spines moderately reduced.

As for the rest of the classification of Capnogryllacris proposed by Gorochov et al. (2015a), this author agrees. What it would remain for future studies is to organize the posible subgenera or species groups for those species which are as yet unafiliated to any infra or sub genera within Capnogryllacris , following the approach by Gorochov (2003).
