Thaumasia argyrura Mello-Leitão, 1943a: 160 , fig. 6, immature female holotype from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, B. Rambo ( MNRJ 42235 View Materials ) (examined).
Note. Examination of the type material confirmed that the female holotype is a subadult, and the species is here considered a species inquirenda.
