Remarks. Valid species ( Smirnov 1971) described from Sri Lanka ( Daday 1898).
Distribution. "Ethiopian and Indo-Malayan zones, North-East of China " according to Smirnov (1971).This hypothesis needs to be checked, although O. singalensis is a relatively common species in the Oriental zone. Incorrect spelling ” sinhalensis ” (Venkataraman 1992, 1995, 1999; Venkataraman & Das 2000) was used several times.
