Remarks. Valid species described from Australia ( King 1853a). There are several pulchella -like taxa in the Oriental zone which need to be revised (Van Damme et al. 2010), yet true A. pulchella is quite common in India and easily confused with A. cambouei and a number of closely related species.

Distribution. The A. pulchella group is cosmopolitan, but the true A. pulchella is restricted to Australia ( Sinev 2001c).
