= Thelypteris chrysodioides var. goyazensis (Maxon & C.V.Morton) C.V.Morton, Contr. U.S. Natl. Herb. 38: 51. 1967. Range: —Eastern Venezuela and Guianas; Ecuador to Bolivia (CO, LP, PA, SC), Brazil. Ecology: —Uncommon; terrestrial in humid forests, mostly along streams; 200–600(1400) m. Notes: —Most similar, and probably related, to M. arborescens , M. hostmannii , and M. longifolium .
